This Delicious Low carb Creation is based on the original recipe, just without all the bad stuff.

We use Apple Cider Vinegar, Eggs, Cream, Butter, Sweetener of your choice and macadamia flour with a Non fruit jelly To ensure the carbs are kept down, we made the jam with a fair amount of water and xantham gum and are no longer using any fruit in the recipe at all
