01 Apr Update on Trading During Lockdown. Limited menu available

Hello to all my amazing customers, you are the Heart and soul of this business, and It broke my heart to not be able to assist you for the past few day.  But we are living in very scary times, and even though I actually obtained my licence a few days ago, I had to think long and hard as to how to go about operations to keep everyone safe.

As much as I have loved being on Holiday, my true calling is to be there for you. I have had so many calls and emails from customers who are desperate to get hold of diabetic, gluten free products, and I just could not sit back and not do anything.  I spent 4 years building this business up and I refuse to let you guys down.

I have had sleepless nights over it, as my staff are my world and the thought of them jumping on public transport right now scares the living daylights out of me, I would never forgive myself if anything happened to them directly caused by me expecting them to work..  So instead, I decided to take all the responsibility on my own shoulders.

Now you need to understand, I am only one person, so I will not be offering the service of special requests at this time, unelss you are doing one of my meal plan programs.

We are offering the basic essentials too, gloves, sanitizer and masks on the site.

The frozen meal packages are limited to a few meal options only.  This is the only way I can satisfy hundreds of orders. I, as one person cannot make 60 different meals each day, please understand that, this way everyone will get much needed meals and I will be able to cope with the full workload.

I will be offering a few sweet treats too..

Only items in the category :  “Lockdown menu”   Will be valid for Lockdown deliveries.

You will still be able to order from the rest of the website, but items without Lockdown available in the title will only be delivered after lockdown.

Please read and understand this so that there is no confusion moving forward.   We are doing the best we can in a very uncertain time, and my main priority it so keep everyone safe and secure whilst trying to assist you.  We absolutely love each and every one of you and this way we can still provide our services.

We are adding a fresh produce section, you can have fresh Veggies, eggs and dairy items delivered with your delivery.

More items will be added as time goes on, I just need to find my feet first. xoxox
